The area was amazing, very central. Also, there were great little restaurants and many sights to see around the area. The apartment would have been nice if the owner spent a little bit more money on the upkeep, for example most of the dining room chairs were broken, the white leather couch was dirty. Also, the doors were not very secure so we were a bit nervous leaving valuables in the apartment. It's a shame as the apartment is very nice and spacious.

thank you for your feedback about the Born Royal apartment. The entrance door of the apartment is a large and heavy door which is a secure door. The balcony doors have windows, but they can be safely locked.
The owner updates the furniture after every season when necessary. A white couch might be not the most ideal, but it´s a very nice couch.
We´ll remind him to give extra attention to the furniture.

I would suggest that the common main door and the common area should be upgraded as the first impact is not nice at all. We were happy with the cleanliness, furniture and the overall facilities inc. free wifi. One of the beds did a squeezing noise, I suggest that the mattress be replaced. Thanks for everything.

The main entrance door is ´decorated´ by graffity. This can be appreciated or not depending if you like these kind of street art...
The main entrance hall is sometimes used by the residents of the building to leave a bicycle or a stroller.

The Born Royal apartment was wonderful. We loved the location - being minutes away from the beach, shopping, and some of the major sights; everything was within walking distance. The privacy and ammenities the apartment offered made our stay in Barcelona nothing short of perfect for the romantic getaway we needed!
