Was a little shocked at the state of the door outside however it looked lovely inside. The lady who showed us in and around (Nadia) was lovely, very friendly and welcoming, no problems with her at all! The neighbourhood was a little bit noisy some nights but we expected it, so it didn't really affect our stay, plus it was worth it to be so close to everything. The cleanliness was good. The furnishings are beautiful and the sofa bed is sooo comfy, however the only channels on tv that had english were 2 news channels, so that got a bit boring and also the internet connection was not able to work as it kept saying that the connection was very weak, this was a huge dissapointment as I had been hoping to use the internet to follow our return flight details and I had to find an internet cafe instead. The best point by far about the place is the view from the roof, at any time of the day it is stunning.

Very scenic area, from the roofgarden, though very noisy also. Bath was rusty, though apartment very interesting! Stairs up to apartment not well lit (dark areas!)

A lot of positive points (style, location,...), but cannot completely recommend to a friend due to the poor soundproof protection which was the weakest point (we like to go out late -it's Barcelona!- but sleep is a must whenever needed)

As I was travelling with my elderly parents, renting an apartment was far more convenient than booking two hotel rooms. The apartment was beautiful and despite the weak pound was still a cheaper option. My parents are well travelled and demand a high standard of accomodation which Touareg 1 more than provided. The owner is very nice. The location is very central for sight seeing. Museums, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance. Great apartment with an beautiful terrace overlooking the Plaza Reial Square. Fablous for New Year's celebration!
