The service apartment was very large for us. The washroom and kitchen were tiny 1 person affairs. Kitchen is equipped with a induction stove of two elements, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and some olive oil, salt and pepper, there were dishes, glasses, forks and knives plus dish soap.
The living room is equipped with the TV, telephone, air conditioning with remote, and a heater. The dining area has a refrigerator and a decorative shelf partitioning the room. The power button for the roll up blind in the living room was accidentally found. But the blind in the bed room was a manual strap. It took us awhile to find it because the strap was the same color as the window frame and had blended in and we were expecting a power button like the living room.
The washroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and the washbasin however it is very narrow and the shower is very tiny. One has to be very careful to close the curtains tight against both walls in order not to flood the floor. The first we used it, the shower leaked a flood onto the floor. It has two windows that can open to provide ventilation because they open into a central open air shaft. But do not open the window by the toilet as closing it was extremely difficult and took many tries. Also the basin water drainage is very poor. No wonder there is Drano and a plunger nearby.
The single bedroom is a large bedroom however the bed intrudes with sharp corners that bangs our shins. The walk in closet have plenty of shelf space with a hanging rack to dry clothes and iron and ironing board. Would be nice if there was a spare light bulb to replace the closet's burnt out one.
Valerie waited for us at the front of the apartment and let us in. She also showed us some of the facilities and gave us recommendations for food and flamenco.
The neighborhood is a safe quiet neighborhood. There is a convenience store around the corner and 2 super markets within walking distance. It is also within walking distance of 2 subway stations and bus stops very near by. It is located centrally in Barcelona.

Communication was 100% perfect and although we didn't need any emergency attended to, we felt as though you would be there for us in case anything happened. Thank you!

Main downside was the lack of cleanliness. The top of units and fridge/freezer were heavy with dust and we had to wash much of the cutlery and crockery in the kitchen. Also, the kitchen equipment was minimal, with some chipped crockery and only 1 teaspoon and 1 mug. Fabric on the balcony deckchairs was ripped, rendering them useless.
We booked at a special offer rate, and for what we paid, consider the apartment good value for money.
We have contacted the owner to inform him about your remarks and he assured that he will be much more meticulous with the cleaning in the future and will add the missing things in the kitchen equipment for a better comfort of future guests.

Nice decorated Rooms. The Appartment is really Good situated. Sagrada familia you can reach in 5 Minutes Walk from the Appartment also Beach is mit so far away.
