The apartment was clean, great value for money and in a perfect location. Both the tourist and airport buses go from Placa Espanyol, only 10-15 mins walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby (including the brand new restaurant from the owners of El Bulli, Tickets, which is well worth trying to get in to!)
Yes - everything went very smoothly. The photos did not exactly convey the layout or size, but the apartment did not disappoint. A floor plan might be useful as we had not realise one bedroom could only be accessed through another.

Thanks a lot ! We enjoyed it. It was a pleasure to speak with the hostess for the check-in/check-out. She was always agreable, answered quickly to the phone calls or called back immediately, she has ordered a taxi for us.. Really nice from her !

It's such a different experience than staying in a hotel, we cooked together, played games and were able to come and go and do as we liked.

It might be good if there would be more plates, glasses etc for eating and drinking at the apartment.

The Apartment was very clean and the facilities were all perfect, there is a supermarket very close by and only 15 mins walk from Las Ramblas and closeby other streets and tapas bars.
All booking details are perfect, coordination was impeccable.
I would definately come here again! :-)

Cups and glasses were all very small. Air conditioning was a little erratic. Overall though, close to most areas or metro links, small shops/supermarkets and not noisey.
Very satisfied, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the house even though they were still cleaning it.

From the photo's didn't expect it to be in the location that it was. Nicely converted ground floor and yard to sleep 10 people.

Kitchen/Dining/Living area is small.

Modern apartment with rustic charm, easy access to local amenities via the metro (a few hundred yards away). Close supermarkets and bars. Excellent for a party to stay together to access city centre or nou camp.

The neighbourhood is safe and easy to get to the Fira de Barcelona for the conference. However, during the night, there was some noise from Garbage trucks and people on the street. The apartment itself was pleasant enough but there were a lot of hazardous steps, and the walls are very thin and do not reach the ceiling so the bedrooms are not very peaceful, though this was impossible to tell from the photos. Also, had to go through the large bedroom to go to the second bedroom.
