Modern and bright duplex apartment. Situated in the beach area of Poble Nou, an upcoming area of Barcelona. On the ground floor with at the entrance the living area with two double sofa beds, dining, kitchen and bathroom. The double bedroom with extra single sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom are upstairs. Easy access by direct metro and buses to the historical centre.

Un appartement qui tient toutes ses promesses. Accueil sympathique avec des conseils pratiques. Un appart aussi agr้able et equipe que pr้vu a l'arriv้e. L'appartement est parfaitement situ้ a 10 min a pieds de la plage et du m้tro. Le parking souterrain (hyper ้triqu้, a moins d'avoir une smart, stress garanti) permet de laisser sa voiture la dur้e du s้jour sans avoir a s'en pr้occuper.
Un seul petit b้mol, l'absence de stores occultants dans la pi่ce a vivre qui contient les 2 canap้s.
A recommander vivement !

Logement proche de la plage (environ 10 minutes), mais assez ้loign้ du centre de Barcelone. Cependant, ce choix ้tait motiv้ par le fait que nous ้tions une famille avec trois enfants. Nous recherchions un logement dans un quartier calme (pouvoir dormir la nuit tout en profitant de rues anim้es ) et pr่s de la plage pour pouvoir se d้lasser apr่s quelques heures de visites culturelles.
Le centre de Barcelone เ un acc่s tr่s facile avec le m้tro เ 5 minutes de l'appartement. Commerces เ proximit้ (boulangerie, supermarch้, restaurant, bar...).

La rambla de Pobl้ Nou tr่s agr้able et anim้e le soir.
Francesc MAYOR nous a tr่s bien accueilli et nous a conseill้ sur des lieux เ visiter เ l'aide d'un plan.
Le logement est parfait.
Nous reviendrons เ Barcelone car les espagnols sont super accueillant (certaines personnes nous ont aid้s spontan้ment dans la recherche de notre chemin, et bien d'autres anecdotes...)

Cependant,mauvaise note pour le restaurant "l'alian็a del poble nou" cher, pas bon, limite truand....(Attention เ bien relire votre facture, ils ont tendance เ rajouter des plats 98,80 euros alors qu'on devait payer 66 euros...!!!).
Un super resto เ la Barceloneta : l'Ostia

Nearby a supermarket and not far from the beach or from the metro. Nice neighbourhood - very quiet. If you walk about 2 km down the beach there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars.
