Wonderful apartment to relax after a day sightseeing Barcelona. Bathroom with jacuzzi and a second bathroom with shower! 3 double bedrooms equipped with single beds (6 x 1P). Colorful kitchen and special wall painting which shows entire Barcelona! Airco in living. Recommended!

Cet appartement a une localisation parfaite : proche du centre ville, du métro et ... d'un supermarché.
Il se veut d'un très bon standing avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (machine à laver..) et une literie très bonne même les ustensiles ou vaisselle sont parfois très réduits...
l'indication "double vitrage" sur le site de réservation est totalement erroné : les vitres sont d'une seule épaisseur et le bar réputé Quitmet Quitmet, juste en face dans la même rue, draine une population bruyante jusqu'au tôt le matin (3h) donc dormeurs s'abstenir !!!

This great apartment is in the perfect location. Local shops and lots of great places to eat and drink - including the famous Quimet & Quimet tapas bar which is literally just opposite.
Easy access to public service buses and taxis and a few minutes walk to a large supermarket. Walk through 10-15 minutes to the Ramblers - what more could you ask for?

Die Wohnung liegt nah an den Ramblas.
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 6 Paare.
Die Bäder sind fantastisch.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind gegeben.
Gute und günstige Cafés sind recht nah.
Die Metro-Station ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (z.B. Schneidbrett, Messer, kleine Schüsseln). Eine Garderobe fehlt.

Gute Kommunikation (sogar auf Deutsch !) und Erreichbarkeit. Problemlose Abwicklung.
Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

As we were a family of 5 , we opted to stay here instead of a hotel due to room occupancy costs !!! I am so glad we did , the location was perfect we walked to Mnac and the harbour quite easily and also Las Ramblas was about 20 mins , don't be put of by the appearance of the neighbourhood it was absolutely fine , a little noise at night but nothing too bad. The apartment was very clean , the bathrooms were fabulous ! Overall can't recommend highly enough

This was a stay to celebrate a friends birthday and was a wonderful choice.
