The apartment is situated a nice area of the city, near to all of the designer boutiques and within a fair walking distance of Passieg de Gracia.

The owner checked us into the apartment and sat with us for half an hour to help plan our weekend and show us the best way to get to the places we planned to go to. Carmen also made our checkout more flexible (the standard checkout time was 12 noon) because our flights were at 9.45pm. However, that was on the basis that she did not have another booking that day.

All in all we had a lovely stay and felt thoroughly well treated by the management and I would absolutely recommend this apartment and Cocoon Barca to anyone who is considering staying in an apartment.

Couldn't have been better! Santiago met us at the apartment and was able to do the deposit card which was so convenient and also gave us some tips for the city. The apartment is gorgeous - really spacious and light. The bed - extremely comfortable. They also provide a help list of restaurants etc nearby - really helpful! I would add Boldu baker for cronuts to the list of places to try! We were really really happy and my only regret is that there was so much to do in Barcelona that we did not spend a bit more time in the apartment to make use of it.
I recommend this accomodation for:

A very well equipped flat comparable to a luxury hotel in terms of quality of furnishings and cleanliness, will definitely rent it again when we are back in Barcelona.

A fantastic apartment with all the comforts and facilities available. Very good location although bit noisy on balcony but guess that is to be expected for such a central location.Would recommend this to my friends
