After a warm welcome, we discovered a really nice appartment with space enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. Good location, start of the Ramblas at 3 minutes walk.

The apartment was fabulous thank you!
Really liked the apartment and close to everything so it was great.
Only suggestion would be for a new kettle for boiling water. Apart from that it was lovely.
Will definitely come back to Barcelona!

Our stay was great I guess the only suggestion would be some paper towels and dish towels and washcloth in the kitchen but other than that the apartment was great as was all the staff!!

Good location although very noisy as it is located on a main intersection. Close to most of the main attractions including an abundance of shops. I think the photos of the apartment were taken a few years ago as the furnishing were very shabby and
could do with an update.
Kitchen was well equipped and adequate to cater for a family or group of friends.
Booking was very easy and Valerie was very helpful and accomodating.

We had a very nice stay at Barcelona Palacio. The apartment fully lived up to our expectations. Nice rooms, fully equipped kitchen.

The street was rather noisy also during the night, but I guess that it how it is in the city center. Personally, I had problems opening the door to the apartment (just could not get the lock to open - but luckily the others could).

Valerie (our host) was most welcoming, informative and helpful. We really appreciated this. So all in all we were very happy with the stay.
Yes, the service was very satisfactory.

Our group was very happy with the apartment, they had not expected, that it would be such a nice one.
Also with handling the caution and handout keys etc. was really uncomplicated.

We would love to rent the apartment for next year again.

Great apartment. Very nicely furnished and great location. Only minor negative is that the fourth bedroom is a single bed in a small room off the largest bedroom, with access only through the bedroom. We were a group of 5 and the apartment was spacious enough - although 9 people (as advertised) would be a squeeze. Could do with a little more air conditioning in the smaller bedrooms (there is air-con in the largest bedroom and in the living area).

Great place for 3-4 days. Top location, near Catalunya and all transport means are close.
Only 1 thing to improve is the soundproofing of the windows in the front rooms. It is a busy avenue, and noise could be reduced with better windows.

We loved to stay there!

We enjoyed the central location of the apartment but had serious reservations about security in the building as there are commercial enterprises in other apartments. The noise levels from the street and nearby construction were also at unacceptable levels.
