We had a fabulous time in this beautiful, spacious flat! We would have marked the category "Furnishings and Facilities" as "excellent" were it not for the fact that the two kitchens were very small, with a shortage of counter space and stoves and ovens that were extremely difficult to operate, especially since we were cooking several family meals for a large group. (This was not clear in the photographs advertising the flat.) Also, in the "Check In" category, it would have been helpful to have the stove and dishwasher operating instructions available, clothes hangers available (we had to go out and buy some), and an explanation about how to dispose of the garbage. Otherwise, we were very comfortable and happy in this flat. We want to thank the cleaning crew, who came in at night to show us how to work the stove, and who did a superb job in general. The location of Pedrera Luxury C is perfect! The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful!

Our group of 9 friends had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The owner is absolutely flexible with check in and out. The welcome was very warm with Cava, water and fruits. The apartment is beautiful and very clean and big enough for 10 people. It's located close to Placa Catalunya. I can absolutely recommend this place.

We were two families sharing this wonderful apartment which gave us the real feel of being in Catalonia. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of room for the 9 of us. There are good restaurants just around the corner and the metro is close by for visits to the sights and sounds of Barcelona. Shopping is excellent and there is a bakery right across the street. The market is just a few blocks away. The location is really excellent and very safe.
We were greeted by the manager right on time and provided plenty of keys. Both kitchens had fresh fruit, amazing chocolates and bottles of Cava as a lovely welcome. Checking out was as easy as checking in and we were completely satisfied with our stay.

This was a fantastic apartment. I booked this for my Mum's 80th birthday and she loved it. The apartment had everything you could need. Very nice decor and a lot of original charm. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends.

Everything was exactly as stated and if we had any queries someone came back to us straight away. Excellent !!

We stayed here for a weekend with a group of 9 people and were very happy with the apartment.
It’s absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice.
It was very clean and spacious. The floors are amazing and the decoration works perfectly throughout the whole apartment.
Each room has it’s own bathroom and the showers and baths are amazing.
We also received champagne and jamon as a welcome gift, as well as fresh fruit.
The air-conditioning worked perfectly. The rooms don’t have air conditioning but if you keep the doors open it should stay fairly cool throughout the night.
2 kitchen- and dining tables as well as a little tea/seating area.
Plenty of towels were provided as well. Only thing missing would probably be some little soaps and shampoos but then again this is not a hotel.

Would definitely stay here again! Very quiet, great location and great value! We also didn’t have to rush with check-out as we had a later flight they said we could stay as long as needed. This was probably also as nobody had booked for the next day.
