The accommodation is in a great place with supermarket and market being a few yards away. The beach is 10 mins walk and metro station 5 mins walk away.

Valerie was great in meeting us and showing us around the accommodation, she also passed on places to eat.
Valerie also check that we were safe after the incident that happened in Barcelona which was nice. A very helpful and caring person

We had a pleasant stay at the Beach Style Apartment. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, well equipped and clean. However, the two bathrooms where a bit tight. The biggest advantage of the apartment is the location. There is a big supermarket right next to the house, which allowed us to get fresh food easily. It has also a lot of restaurants near the apartement. Furthermore, the beach is located only a 5-minutes walk away and La Rambla was a 10-minutes taxi drive from the apartment. The taxis were not very expensive about 8 to 12€. Overall, we spent a lovely time in Barcelona and had the chance to contact Valerie anytime for assistance.

We enjoyd our stay in this apartment. It was well equiped to prepare food and a lot of room to stay there if wanted. There is a few stairs up to the apartment, so we had to carry the babystroller up and down, but that was not a problem for us.

There were a lot of noise in the street, but it was only annoying for the parent's room.
It was 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the city center with the subway.
All the shops were nearly.
Very pretty flat.

Spacious, modern apt., located in a great area (not far from the beach, metro, market hall, supermarket, cafes, bars,...).

We booked only two days in advance, received immediately a confirmation via email so we could be sure everything is ok. We then contacted Valerie to make an appointment and she was just great, extremely helpful, met us at the apt. and explained everything there. She even found the time to show us around the area! We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona very much and we are sure we will come back - and hopefully "Beach Style" will be again available.

The apartement is great and cool and it was the second time we rented it.

There is a great food market 50 metres away, so I guess many of your guests would like to use the kitchen, and it would be a nice touch if one didn't have to buy half a litre of cooking oil for a week or a weekend.

But apart from this: It's a great apartement in a great neighbourhood. We will most likely come back.

I would definately stay in this apartment also in the future. Nice neighbourhood, short way to the beaches, shops nearby, close to the metro. The apartment lacked towel hooks, shower courtains and mirrors (only in bathrooms). A better frying pan and coffee maker would have made our stay more enjoyable. Other than that we were very satisfied!

overall ... a great place.. you will be a little shocked when you first enter the neighborhood... but that is Spain... I tell you.. I fell in love with the area... great Pizza/ coffee shop/ fresh produce and a big fairly new market for your needs a few steps from the apartment.... owner spent much $$ updating the apartment...looks really nice... only reason for good and not excellent rating is the furniture can be of a better quality ( very thin beds/ springs can be felt/ couches are a little dirty).. staff were awesome.... got extra coverings for the couches.. towels are thin... overall... the place is very close to the beautiful beaches.. close to poblenou metro... loads of restaurants... nice to be away from las ramblas.. way over-rated .. go to proprendeau... beautiful restaurant roof-top deck over a hotel with a great view of the vista and the famous architecture of Gaudi (20 euro specil 3 appetizers and one large bottle size beer.. very chic and hip)....Love id over all!!

We loved the break and will certainly consider going back to the same place - very easy with two young children (so long as you don't mind carrying your pushchair up 3 flights of stairs) - the local people were lovely and it had a very different feel than the more tourist focused city centre.
