The downside: There were 78 steps up a narrow staircase - somewhat more than what would normally be expected from a 2'nd floor apartment. Since we travelled with my parents (who are both +70)this became a real problem for us. The music from the Pipa Club two floors below can be a little loud, but luckily we liked the music and didn't have problems sleeping for this reason.

An idea can be that when you check in you plan the checkout. We had to wake the housekeeper up in the morning of our leaving, but everything went ok! Alfonso thet i had contact with was a very very nice guy!!! We´ll absolute recomend cocoon!!
