Un petit bémol de nuisances sonore, mais pas dérangeant pour nous.
Je n hesiterais pas à relouer cet appartement.
Nous étions sans véhicule. Sinon pas facile pour se garer.

La literie est excellente.
Une chambre donne sur la rue et l'autre sur la cage d'escalier.
Quartier non touristique mais assez proche des lieux animés de la ville. Une rue très proche est une rue piétonne très animée le soir et avec des bars à tapas tout le long. Ambiance très sympa.
Un problème de VMC de l'immeuble à régler : une odeur d'égout persiste dans une salle de bains et des odeurs de cuisine venues des appartements de temps en temps. Une fois ce problème réglé ce sera parfait.

They told us that we can’t use the air conditioned in the night (00:00 to 8h00), exactly when we need it.
I have asked the owner to be more meticolous with cleaning, which is usually fine in this apartment.
Air conditioning is restricted at night time to avoid noise, but you can use it in the evening.
I hope I can find a more suitable accommodation for you for another stay, we offer plenty of properties!

Espace pour 4 personnes (2 couples d'amis) agréable à vivre, propre, calme, proximité des transports, commerces, restaurants. Egalement à moins d' 1/2 heure à pieds du centre de Barcelone.
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires, ainsi que l'accueil de cocoon que nous avons eu l'occasion de rencontrer.
Le site web est très bien conçu, photos, descriptions, offres, réservations etc.... reflète la réalité.
Nous ne manquerons de vous recommander et de revenir vers vous lors d'un prochain séjour.

Its 20 min walk to La Rambles & Beach a little far, but metro station is 5 mins walk away & good few taxis passing on Carrer De Parralel.

Just stayed here with my 26 yr old son - 3 nights and found it great. The lady that met us was brilliant (Meritxell Aragon) she was so helpful, prompt and really nice. I would so recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to see real Barcelona just 15 minutes walk from the main centre. When i go back to Barcelona i will definitely see if this is available. Thank you for a great apartment.

Wij zijn hier van zo tot vr geweest, waardoor je ruim de gelegenheid en tijd hebt om veel van deze stad te gaan bekijken
Ook de ligging van het appartement tov de metro is ideaal.
Wij kwamen 's avonds laat aan in het appartement. een late-arrival (na 22.00 uur) .
Op het vliegveld contact gezocht met de contactpersoon.
Toen wij rond 22.00 uur in het appartement aankwamen werden we vriendelijk ontvangen, na een rondleiding in het appartement kon onze vakantie beginnen.
Ook de dag van terugreis ( 6.30 uur vanaf appartement) was geen probleem. Onze contactpersoon was keurig op tijd en na de afhandeling en de sleuteloverdracht hadden we ruim de tijd om naar het vliegveld te gaan.
Aan de hand van het boekje- barcelona stap voor stap - hebben we enkele mooie wandelingen gedaan.
De metro alleen gebruikt om snel van a naar b te komen.
Voor de rest veel gelopen of met de bus.
Al met al hebben we ons prima vermaakt en komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Barcelona ist eine vielseitige Stadt. Im hinteren Badezimmer war manchmal ein unangenehmer Geruch, evtl. vom Abfluss, denn nach dem Duschen war der Geruch weg.

Das Kanalisationssystem in Barcelona ist sehr alt und je nach Wetterlage kann es leider auch einmal zu unangenehmen Gerüchen kommen die sich auch durch Raumdüfte nicht immer völlig vermeiden lassen.
