We didn't have a great stay in this apartment. First of all, there was a persistant urine smell during all our stay in the master bedroom shower. Also, we notice that the cleaning wasn’t do very well before we arrive.
They told us that we can’t use the air conditioned in the night (00:00 to 8h00), exactly when we need it.

The pipes in that building are old and there is some smell coming from them, that is usually solved pouring some water.
I have asked the owner to be more meticolous with cleaning, which is usually fine in this apartment.
Air conditioning is restricted at night time to avoid noise, but you can use it in the evening.
I hope I can find a more suitable accommodation for you for another stay, we offer plenty of properties!

We had a really great stay in Barcelona. The neighborhood is very convenient, with nearby restaurants and supermarkets. And the location is ideal for exploring the city. Our apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our apartment manager was very professional and helped us promptly with the checkin even though we were two hours later than anticipated due to a train delay. I would definitely book through Cocoon again in the future.

Nice appartment, very good location, 5 min from metro.
Check out the pincho bars in the neighbourhoud. The room in the front is noisy but it is a city.

The Accommodation was superb, very clean & spacious Apartment. Meritlex was very welcoming and very easy going. The location lets you sample daily life of the locals in this laid back part of Barcelona. 10 min walk to cable cars at foot of Mountjuic, a must offering amazing views of the city.
Its 20 min walk to La Rambles & Beach a little far, but metro station is 5 mins walk away & good few taxis passing on Carrer De Parralel.

Satisfied with Cocoon, very easy to deal with & Website very user friendly, I would highly recommend to others!

It was great cheers.
Just stayed here with my 26 yr old son - 3 nights and found it great. The lady that met us was brilliant (Meritxell Aragon) she was so helpful, prompt and really nice. I would so recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to see real Barcelona just 15 minutes walk from the main centre. When i go back to Barcelona i will definitely see if this is available. Thank you for a great apartment.

NIce place but a little noisy due to a stag party directly beneath us .. Suppose that can happen anywhere but it did spoil our first night .. and our last as we got another lot in for yet another stag do ..

The apartment is well located but very quiet. It has nice bedrooms and handy bathrooms and a well equiped kitchen. I would recommend this apartement to a family with max 2 children or friends.

Our family of six have had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The appartement is centrally located with easy access to many of the attractions of this city. As scandinavians we felt home with the IKEA furnishings. The beds were good and the other facilities of the appartement worked as it should. The only exception was the wi-fi network that we did not manage to connect to. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We arrived two hours earlier than agreed, but still got hold of the keys some 50 minutes later. Excellent!

Fantastic apartment in super neighborhood close to all main attractions.
Flexibility to cook in our own apartment and we could walk to most places at any hour of the day.
Clean on arrival and plenty of space for five people to spend a long weekend.
