Valérie is a credit to the company as she made us feel so welcome from the initial phone call, the welcome and advice given en route. The aparment location was ideal for us as we were looking to investigate the area of el Born and enjoy both the parc and beach areas too!
We were able to check in early and leave our luggage in the apartment until the cleaning was finished... cleaning was only average as there were a few spots missed .. and the rubbish from the previous guest had not been taken out ... this said it did not affect our stay and would not put us off booking again.

Our first trip to Barcelona and definitely not our last.
Valerie met us at the agreed time and made sure everything was hassle free.
The accommodation was first class and even though it was March we were still able to sit out on the terrace and enjoy the sunshine.
It was in a good location with lots to see and options to eat and drink.
Public transport was first class and not expensive.
We fitted so much in during our four day break.

We were early arriving to the apartment which caused some confusion but Valerie was excellent, helpful and charming.
Cocoon was marvellous all through the process. Our initial apartment was sold and thereof no longer available but you helped us find a replacement. We are very happy with the service.

The apartment was a fantastic location with really modern appliances. Great that it had internet access (a must) and a washer/dryer. After long days of walking around, it was so relaxing to have a private terrace with great views of the city. I would definitely stay again.
