Rosa was very nice and flexibel. The apartment very nice and cosy. Yes, noise from the street is maybe not nice but earplugs could help. It is a very narrow alley , so any noise is heard. But it is sooo great to walk out of your apartment and be DIRECTLY in the middle of the centre. We (family of 5 with 3 teenages kids) had a swell time.

Noisy & only one real bedroom. So if you are travelling as a couple of friends and would like some privacy this is not the place to choose.

Hello Andrea, thank you for your comment. As written in the description and visible on the pictures there are indeed two bedrooms which are communicating and the 3rd bedroom is on an open mezzanine.
The apartment is situated in the Gothic area which is the lively historical centre with it´s many bars and restaurants. This can indeed be a little noisy, but we hope you enjoyed your stay in the heart of Barcelona!

Really charming apartment in great location (apart from down a bit of a dodgy alley)

Only a hort walk from las ramblas and lots of great typical Spanish bars.

Beautiful high ceilings, tea and coffee and other kitchen items already there which was great.

Not very clean, we seemed to find crisps under beds and on shelves! I will pass this message on as the cleaners obviously need to do a better job.


All in all I would definitely recommend apartment finca if you like rustic and quirky. Rosa was welcoming and accommodating too.

It was a spacious and creatively furnished appartement - we liked that. Beautifully restored (we are architects and enjoyed that). Close to everything dwtwn Barcelona. Great rooms for us: a couple withs 3 girls age 6-14 and grandmother.

Loved tbe apartment; spacious, clean, quirky furnishings, ideal for a large group, added bonus of the little outside seating area. Entrance hall was a bit offputting when we arrived but once inside we were delighted. Rosa was friendly and helpful. Very good value.

I have nothing that i didn't like...
We wanted to spend more time, the inside was so special. Loved it immedeatly when we came in..everything we needed was there...just an very normal area but near to the shore and not much away from busses and metro..we could sit outside in a little home garden,so lovely..if ever we come back to barcelona we would try again to rent it. All compliments for the owner so thank you Rosa..

We had an excellent stay in this authentic apartment. For a group of 8 girls, we had a privacy but all the fun of large open rooms and communal bedrooms which added to the fun! Definately recommend. AND the owner let us stay on as our flight was late in the afternoon.

Location was excellent being central and only a couple of minutes from good restaurants, museum and bars - however the apartment is accessed via one of the smaller backstreets and you need to be wary when returning late at night.

The owner met us and was very helpful and kind. She sad we just could call if there were anything we need or something were wrong. It was a very nice apartment for a big family and we liked the interior very much. We also had children with us and they were also satisfied!
