The location is top - very calm for sleeping and at the earth of the good quarters when you go out. The appartement was perfect for a couple - everything's indise. Would be cool to have a wifi connection though.

The location is perfect! It´s a quiet area (because the streets are too narrow for cars) in the heart of the old town with walking distance to Barri Gotic, La Rambla and Barceloneta. When renting an appartment you get much more for your money than at a hotell at the same price: a terrace (morning coffee in the sun, cava in the afternoon, lovely), kitchen, more space.
