Accommodation is everything you'll need. Clean, lightful, and nice terrace. And Mr. Zine is a very warm and correct person.

To get to the apartment you have to climb many stairs and the staircase is narrow so not for the faint hearted.
Blanca welcomed us at the apartment and was very helpful.
The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the Gothic cathedral and las Ramblas.
There is no noise from the street as you are up so high and the terrace is also nice to sit and have breakfast or a wine later.
We would go back here in a heartbeat and definitely recommend.

Cocoon Barcelona staff was amazing to deal with - very professional and personable.
The accommodation itself however had a few hiccups and maybe I noticed this more as I stayed 5 weeks and really got to know the small details of the apartment . I'm sure the staff are aware of these. I waited over 45 minutes in the cold for my contact to bring me the keys etc Shower issues//repairs etc that could have been handled better by the owner. However. I did negotiate a small refund which I think was minimal. Apart from all that I had a fantastic holiday and loved staying in Born- just thinking about it makes me want to book again :) regards Natasha
