First of all location of this appartment is fantastic. It is actually in the centre of the city. The street is charming and very lively. Neighbourhood looks pretty dangerous at nights but in fact the people seem to be friendly.

We are not 100% sure that the terrace has 90m2 of surface but the terrace itself is fantastic (even though there should be some sunshade) -- everyday breakfast on the terrace gave us a great amount of energy for the whole day.

Our host, Lucas, was very nice and helpful, also with check in and check out.

Le logement est bien situé pour visiter Barcelone à pied mais une des trois chambres donne sur une rue bruyante en particulier la nuit.

C'est idéal...pour une famille, indépendance, profiter de la terrasse sur le toit..se sentir un peu chez soi surtout!
L'emplacement, une fois le "choc" culturel passé, dû au quartier un peu pittoresque...nous avons été totalement séduits par son positionnement hyper commode. Pres de tout, tout se fait à pied...commerces partout! Faut simplement prevenir que le quartier est trés populaire, ce qui a beaucoup de charme!

Wertvoll ist die Dachterasse. Sie wertet das Apartment erheblich über den Standard auf. Perfekt für unsere Familie mit 3 Generationen (Großeltern, Eltern, Kinder), die Unterkunft wurde den verschiedenen Anliegen gerecht.
