Pourquoi nous mettons "normal" au sujet de la propreté : nous sommes des "habitués" de Cocoon Barcelona (4ème séjour). Nous avons toujours étaient pleinement satisfaits.
Nous considérons que cet appartement mériterait d'être "rafraîchi" : peinture, fauteuil du salon, plafond de la salle de bain, séchoir à linge....
Sinon, le propriétaire est charmant, disponible et de bon conseil.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, lumineux et situé près d'une station de métro. La terrasse est agréable, nous y avons pris les petits-déjeuners et diners. La piscine est un vrai bonheur avant et après une journée marche à Barcelone.

Très bon appartement, pratique au rez de chaussée. Les équipements fonctionnent et la terrasse est très agréable.
La chambre est côté rue mais comme le quartier est calme. La piscine était accessible mais pas encore nettoyée à cette saison (avril). Ce sera pour une autre fois.

Zwembad in prima conditie.
Gelijkvloers + terras, onmiddellijke toegang tot zwembad.
Cocoonbarcelona, vriendelijk en duidelijk.

De pouvoir être libre en terme d'horaires et de déplacements en particulier avec des enfants, et avoir une approche "plus personnelle" de la ville. C'est ce que nous faisons à chaque fois que nous visitons une ville.
Oui, appartement très satisfaisant et aucun souci de validation sur internet et pour récupérer l'appartement même avec un horaire décalé (grève des trains) car nous avons dû venir en voiture.

The freedom to enjoy our self, in a bigger area than a hotelroom. The nice terrace which brings contact with our neighbours, and a pool to take a nice morningswim in.
