Terrific location. Our only complaint is that the bedding was terrible. You need to buy some better quality sheets and use both a bottom and a top sheet. Towels also need to be upgraded.

Very nice trip in Barcelona.
Peoples are helpful. Very easy access from the flat to restaurants and accomodation.
Not fare from the beach. Owner is sympatic. You can rent bicycle next to the flat.

Nice apartment in great part of the city. Hot water does not last very long in the shower.

The walls are quite thin and there was a lot of noise at times from neighbours above, however, overall we were very satisfied with the location and the apartment was more convenient than a hotel.

Everything was well organised and all was in place and ready with no issues to report.

All went very well. Street with lots of bar so of you have young children better to choose a different accomodation. However for couples, young people and group of friends it's the perfect place!

Very well located in Bari Gotic, 5 mn walk to Jaume place.
A lot of good places to have dinner around.

Absolutely perfect location, close to everything! Maria was great in getting us settled especially since we had some trouble getting there. It's a great apartment, everything we needed and well decorated. The AC was a life saver!! The only thing that would have been better was a few more towels. We ended up drying them on the line outside the balcony each day but by the end of the week they were on their last leg. Overall I would DEFINITELY recommend.

Things were a little dated. A draw door fell off and the chairs were not comfortable. My biggest issue was the lift. It was stated that there was a lift however it didn't take you to the correct floor but had an inbetween floor so didn't help at all when using a buggy or wheelchair. The lift was also tiny so my buggy wouldn't have even fit in it. I think think needs to be clearer on the description of the property information.

We loved our Barcelona apartment. We were thrilled with the location. We loved being so close to the port, Las Ramblas,and the beach. The bedroom was great as was the bathroom.

Absolutely loved the apartment, it was in a great location and the lady who checked us in was so sweet and helped us with everything we needed!
The space the apartment gave us meant that we were not cramped and gave us the opportunity to buy breakfast in rather that going out which was getting expensive for the rest of our trip through europe. The location couldn't have bee better and the cheap bike rental deal the apartment offered was so great!

Excellent accommodation in the wonderful, romantic Gottic area. Lovely clean apartment with everything that you need. Bedroom lovely and quiet and a very comfortable double bed. The little shops, bars and restaurants are all on the doorstep and just a stroll from the port. Would definately stay therre again and would highly recommend. We are a couple in our 60's.

A Very warm welcom from Juan,and some great recommendations for authentic places to eat. We had no problems locating the apartment or making initial contact. The apartment was centrally located yet quiet. The bed was comfortable and it was the perfect size apartment for a couple. All the reviews we read were very accurate. We would definately stay there again.

Renting an apartment meant that we were free to get breakfast from the shop below and have a leisurely morning together before heading out sightseeing. It was also great to have the freedom to come and go as we liked and have some communal space for the 3 of us.

We were extremely happy with the unit and definitely would come back again. We really did enjoy the balcony and a couple of tiny stools would have been great out there also some brochures on the tourist spots and things to do also the tourist information address and taxi numbers would have helped but overall we certainly had no complaints.

I called about an hour before reaching the apartment, as told, as soon as I got my luggage at the airport. It was raining, and I would've appreciated finding the person in charge when I got there. I had to wait another 15min, but when he got there, everything turned right. The apartment is very nice, perfect for one person or a couple, very well located both for daylife and nightlife. In the Barrio Gotico, very close to the Borne and a 10minutes walk from the beach I really enjoyed my staying...maybe a dishcloth and enough toilet paper for the stay could've been provided, and definetely a bigger heater for the livingroom. Besides that, it was perfect!

This was the first time we had booked Barcelona accommodation on the web so not sure what to expect.
Had to wait a few minutes at the apartment to be met but once Angel appeared, everything was fine. The accommodation was exactly as presented on the website and perfect for our needs. The apartment was very clean, well presented and cool. The bedroom was nice & quiet so we slept very well too. Overall, very good indeed, thank you.

We found suite 1 to be the best clean, attractive and very well equiped. The bed room was very calming and the fact we had a double bed which was very firm made my holiday i splet like a baby.
This was our third stay in Barcelona and for us this was the best. The bed was a double and very comfortable. Slept very well. We had friends staying in suites 2, 3 & 6 which also enjoyed there stays. Local to shops bars and resturants.
