Very nice area, on walking distance from many of the tourist attractions. But the appartment needs some maintenance (light bulbs, hood, painting) and better equipment, especially the kitchen (cutlery, plates, bowls).

we have called the owner to be sure all these little maintenance are done. We made a visit this monday June 24th to ensure everything has been done and it is now ok. We have checked the kitchen to ensure there are a good amount of bowls, wine glasses & glasses, plates... to ensure every guests a pleasant stay.

Very good location, apartment has lots of character and the lounge is lovely. Apartment is spacious and very well placed for visiting the Sagrada Familia and getting on the tourist bus there, but rated average because although it had some very good points it also had some very poor qualities which did detract and annoy.

Could stand some improvements. Quite a few light fixtures either did not work or didn't have light bulbs. We had to buy light bulbs. The building entry and stairs could stand better lighting.
Otherwise, this is a wonderful space, very large and comfortable.
