C'est l'endroit idéal où loger pour visiter Barcelone durant une semaine.
De plus le proprio accueillant et généreux nous a donné plein d'astuces pour profiter au mieux de la ville, des transports, des activités.
Sans aucune hésitation nous recommanderons cet hébergement aux gens qu'on aime et qui veulent aller à Barcelone.

Appartement très bien situé, proche des transports, des grands sites touristiques et de restos très sympas. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et de bons conseils. Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement qui nous permettait d'être à la fois proche du centre tout en bénéficiant d'une certaine tranquillité de quartier. L'appartement est bien décoré et correspond aux photos proposées.

Nous avons quitté Barcelone hier matin ,très contents de la semaine que nous avons passée dans le studio de votre agence.
L'accueil de Raymondo est excellent. Il parle un français remarquable et nous a renseignés sur le quartier, les restaurants, les commerces. Il serait interessant d'avoir, en arrivant un plan du métro et des bus, en espérant que les occupants du studio les laissent sur place.
Certains "bibelos" sont un peu encombrants: il faut enlever les fruits factices du saladier pour y mettre de la salade....Autant la batterie de cuisine est impressionnante, autant la vaiselle est un peu succincte. Mais cela n'a pas grande importance
En résumé, une excellente adresse!

Excellent accueil de la part de Raimundo le propriétaire de Belcanto. L'appartement est bien aménagé, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Je le recommande fortement. La situation dans Exemple est parfaite pour quelqu'un qui veut visiter les quartiers de Barcelone, Une ville magnifique.

Oui, votre site est bien car l'on retrouve exactement ce que j'ai vu sur les photos du lieu. C'est la deuxième fois que je fais affaire avec vous. Et lors de mon prochain voyage c'est le premier site que je visiterai pour louer un appartement. Donc à la prochaine fois.

Great apartment, well furnished, in a nice neighbourhood.
Raimundo was a super knowledgeable about the city and provided great tips on where to eat, running paths etc. There's also an open market nearby. My only regret is that my stay was too short.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. L'appartement est bien situé car près du centre sans y être (plus de calme). Propre, Bien decoré, ...Nous le recommandons fortement et nous y retournerons sûrement.

We stayed for 4 nights in Belcanto. The apartment is lovely, really well thought out - perfect for a short stay for a couple. It is located fairly close to Girona Metro or if your up for a bit of walking, well placed for some of the main sights based around central Barcelona. Raimundo, who met us on arrival was really welcoming and gave us lots of information on what to do/see and recommended some restaurants to try out. We slept really well, but needed earplugs, as until the traffic dies down it is a little noisy as located on a fairly busy street, but that really is the only negative - everything else was near to perfect!

Appartement idéal pour un séjour en couple à Barcelone. Il est aménagé avec goût et est fonctionnel. Proche d'une station métro vous êtes soit au centre de Barcelone soit à la plage en moins de 30 min. Vraiment Top.
S'il y avait une chose à dire c'est pour les oreilles sensibles, un peu bruyant le soir et le matin à cause de la circulation.

Stayed in Belcanto for 9 nights. Raimundo was extremely friendly and very helpful. Belcanto has everything you need. The neighborhood is very nice and located well to reach attractions by walking or train. 100% would stay in Belcanto again if I returned to Barcelona.

We particularly appreciated Raimundo's personal welcome, tour of the facilities and recommendations for sights to see, markets to use and best methods of travel from the apt. We also think that the small extras such as a few condiments to use and some foil for wrapping leftovers are a real plus when self-catering is involved.
We have already recommended this accommodation to a friend.

Cocoon was very helpful when we needed to stash our bags until our apt. was ready and helping to direct us with transport to the apt. from the office and train station.

We enjoyed the apartment/neighborhood very much. Everything went very smoothly and Belcanto was a fine accommodation, particularly if most meals are eaten in restaurants as the kitchen is not intended to be used for major cooking. It would be a nice addition if there could be one or two English TV news channels, but we appreciated the wi-fi very much.
In addition, the apartment location in Eixample was excellent: very accessible to everything, but away from all of the crowds.
Raimundo and Zoraida were wonderful - very friendly and helpful!

Raimundo was very helpful and pointed out how to get round all the bet sites, some nice restaurants to go to etc. The apartment is just round the corner from Girona metro station, so really handy location. Felt like a very safe neighbourhood too, which is a must in Barcelona.

L'appart était super, et les photos du site ne mentent pas..!! En plus au niveau équipement il y a un écran plat et une chaine hifi avec dock pour Iphone.. Raimundo est très sympa, parle très bien francais et anglais, et est disponible pour tout éventuel problème qu'on pourrait avoir pdt le séjour.. Bref je conseille absolument cet appartement!!

As I had a month in Barcelona I wanted to feel at home from home.Having an apartment really enhanced my stay here and made me feel less like just a visitor. Belcanto worked out much better than I hoped, a lovely neighborhood, close to every amenity and a 10 minute walk to the center.

De eigenaar van het appartement heeft ons goed ontvangen. Hij heeft ons alles uitgelegd en leuke tips gegeven. We mochten hem altijd bellen in geval van nood, maar dit was gelukkig niet nodig.
