A really lovely quiet, light and well equipped apartment, and Raimundo an excellent and welcoming host. Lots of nice bars, cafes and bakeries nearby. You can walk to many of the sights in Barcelona if you want to, but also good for public transport. We'll definitely stay again.

We stayed in the appartment for four nights. We found this apartment as an excellent place regarding furniture, cleanliness, available facilities, neigbourhood, location etc.
The owner of the apartment Mr.Raimond is a decent, helpfull and a very cooperative person. We enjoyed our stay here and would prefer to stay here in future.

Apartment was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for the two of us. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and really had everything we needed for basic cooking. The bed was also comfortable (larger than average for Europe). We were very pleased with how quiet it was. We are light sleepers and had no trouble.

The neighborhood was also great and convenient to sights without being overly touristy. We were able to walk to a number of attractions and neighborhoods and also took frequent advantage of the metro. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants were all nearby.

All in all, we found it to be a great apartment and would happy return if we found ourselves in Barcelona again.

Zeer tevreden over deze accomodatie. Goede ontvangst en leuk appartementje. Vlakbij markt en metro. Ondanks drukke buurt een zééér rustig appartementje, en zeer ontspannend.

Accueil remarquable par Raimundo dont les conseils sont bien utiles et qui sait mettre ses hôtes en confiance dès leur arrivée. Les qualités de l'appartement sont certaines:
- décoration réussie, architecture intérieure fonctionnelle et authentique: on s'y sent comme chez soi très rapidement.
- appartement très calme
- literie et canapé super confortables;
- bonne situation pour visiter la ville
- seul bémol: peu lumineux mais cela ne doit pas être, à mon avis, un frein à la réservation de l'appartement.

What a perfect home for our week-long vacation in Barcelona! The area is safe, clean and within walking distance to Sagrada Familia and Paseig de Gracia, the closest metro stop is just a few blocks away, and there is a market very close as well. The apartment is stylishly and meticulously decorated and furnished. All the small details are thought through and maintained, the kitchen is fully stocked. The shower is perfect! Free wi-fi was very helpful to Skype with our family back in the States. Raimundo met us promptly outside the building and spent about an hour with us inside apartment showing its many features and then helping us plan our week in Barcelona. His love for his city and its culture was contagious, and we followed his advice and tips many times. When we come back to Barcelona, we'll definitely try to book this apartment again!

The appartment is beautiful and it felt like a real treat to stay there - raimundo was a delightful host and couldn't have done more to help us, I'd highly recommend this flat to anyone wanting a chic place to stay in this culturally exciting and enchanting city.

We've stayed in a few different rental apartments in Barcelona and this one is the nicest. It has everything you need, nice furniture and a stocked kitchen. Very quiet. Raimundo arranged for an early check in for us - much appreciated when traveling with a baby. Highly recommend.

Je suis allée au Manhattan avec ma fille de 22 mois. L'appartement était idéal pour nous. Puisque l'appartement donne sur l'arrière du bâtiment, c'était très paisible. De plus, les rideaux permettaient de couper complètement la lumière du jour, ce qui m'a permis de faire dormir ma fille en plein jour.

Raimundo est merveilleux! Il est très accueillant, ponctuel et bien organisé. Il nous a même fourni une carte de la ville et pris le temps de nous expliquer où se trouvent les principales attractions en plus de nous présenter les petits trésors du quartier.
Je recommande fortement cet appartement ou tout autre appartement de Raimundo.

Nous avons été accueillis par raimmundo une personne très arrangeante puisque nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dès notre arrivée. le séjour s'est déroulé sans problème. L'appartement est situé près de bouches de métro marché couvert et magasins mais les restaurants sont rares.

Die gute und trotzdem ruhige Lage der komfortabel eingerichteten Wohnung können wir gerne bestätigen. Dass die Wohnung nicht viel Tageslicht hat, ist für einen Ferienaufenthalt verkraftbar.

Appartement super, conforme aux photos, bien équipé ( il manque vraiment rien ), calme et situé à 2 min du métro ( ligne direct pour la plage ) et a 15/20 min à pied de la rambla.
Raimundo est vraiment sympa et arrangeant ( en plus il parle très bien français pour ceux qui aurait un peu de mal avec les langues étrangères!)
Je recommande chaudement cet appartement.

Everything was very well organized, the owner met us at the arranged time and explained everything, gave us tips on where to get groceries, where the metro station is, etc. The apartment was exactly as pictured on the website. It was small, but clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. Certainly enough room for 2 people and the elevator definitely helped (its on 1st floor, but really its 3rd) Location was extremely convenient, Metro station was a block away and you could walk to most tourist places in 15-20 mins.

Das Apartment entsprach ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Sehr zentral gelegen, sauber und groß genug für 2 Paare! Da wir 2 Pärchen waren, konnten wir abends immer noch einmal zusammen sitzen und den Abend ausklingen lassen, dies wäre in einem Hotelzimmer nicht möglich gewesen. Des weiteren waren wir nicht von Zeiten (Frühstück, Mittag...) eines Hotels abhängig!

We had the freedom to eat and do what we wanted when we wanted. As opposed to a hotel. And that is was cheaper to rent the apartment and cook our own food.
The owner was really nice and welcoming. It was really great that he took the time at check-in to show us the sightseeing placed on a map and gave advice on where we could find what.

The neighborhood was very quiet. I'm sure it helps that this apartment is in the rear, and NOT facing the street. I appreciated that. Raimundo, the owner, was extremely helpful, and always available to take care of whatever I needed done with the apartment. He could not have been better!
