The house is small and could use some daylight as it is located on a back street. Shower is very good. The landlady was kind enough to wait for our arrival from the airport and was attentive during our check in. Check-out was also quite trouble free.
However, an important point of note: one would expect at least toilet paper/hangers for wet towels and a working wi-fi (which I reminded 3 times and last time I did not even get a reply)., Overall small things really add up to a much nicer ambiance and experience. .At this price point, one expects more, and a personal touch- that's why I do not recommend; otherwise, I would have.

The only problem for us was that Wifi Signal is so bad, there it's really useless.
Also we called Victoria and made an appointment to meet up at the accommodation, We hurried from the airport, only to find out she was 40 mins late for the appointment.
The apartment itself is nice and clean, and well equipped, the windows have wooden doors to close off the light so its very nice and dark in the mornings, and it keeps the heat out aswell.
It's a bit smaller than it looks on the picture, but there is enough space.
Although it is in a small alley, it can be noisy at night, and it was very noisy in the morning because they were working in the building next to it. But we both didn't have a problem sleeping.

Friendly owner, check in/out well arranged, our special requests were taken into account very well.
Hot water in the shower was quite limited.
Construction works still going on next to the apartment, so a bit noisy in the morning, but as I had to wake up early it was no problem for me.

The facilities of the apartment were very modern and very new. I was very impressed that there was a good hair dryer in the bathroom.
My main criticism would be to clean the shower round at the bottom of the base.
I hope you do not find this critical but I would definitely go back here again and recommend Cocoon to friends.

The location was good, too. We only had to use the metro 3 times for visiting a Barcelona landmark, all other sightseeing was possible by foot. If you would prefer to use the metro more often, the nearest station was approximately a 5min walk away. There were also quite a few nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. If you want to cook a meal in the studio, different supermarkets are very close.
The only problem you could possibly have is with the noise at night. Since it is situated in a popular commercial area, there could be some noise from groups of people in bars/on the street.
It was my second stay in an accommodation from Cocoon and I would certainly recommend this agency to my friends. In fact, I already have!

La cafetière était en panne et malgré un sms pas de nouvelle de la propriétaire ni de remplacement.
Peu de linge de maison et un drap house taché.
Bref à part la situation excellente nous avons été déçu par la propriétaire plus que par l'appartement.
La barcelona card n'a aucun intérêt

très bien situé en terme géographique mais malheureusement mal situé en terme d'environnement car très bruyant du fait du manque d'insonorisation,les fenêtres, même fermées laissent passer le moindre bruit de la rue.
Le samedi soir c'est infernal.

Propriétaire arrangeante pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.
Les commentaires précédents parlent du bruit, nous confirmons c'est un peu comme être en toile de tente au milieu de la rue! Surtout le samedi soir.
Pour les nuits suivantes nous avons "investi" dans des boules quies et aucun souci.
