They’re football crazy in Barcelona and given an opportunity will talk about it until you just can’t take anymore! Listen in to any conversation amongst the locals and it’s very likely they will be discussing politics of football. If you pick up a copy of ‘Sport’ you’ll get all the facts and latest news on what’s happening with the club and its players, and if you are interested in going to the match you can get a ticket at the gate or book beforehand at the registered office. Don’t just settle for one room in a hotel, find a Barcelona apartment cheap by booking online and be comfortable and have lots more space. FC Barcelona is based at Camp Nou and fights it out for the Primera Liga title each year generally going up against Real Madrid. RCD Espanyol are located in Cornellà de Llobregat and recognized as a consistent mid-table team often finishing in the top half of the league.
