Lunch is a meal that you can linger over and take your time, and it is far from expensive to eat good food in Barcelona as many of the restaurants have a set-price lunch deal, the menu del dia, Usually comprising three courses with a drink thrown in so wherever you are you’ll find a good meal. Lunchtime is basically from 2pm to 4pm and make sure you have your fill as the locals don’t generally eat again until after 9pm. Throughout the city there’s a wide selection of accommodation, a holiday apartment Barcelona can be found at a low price whether you’re visiting on business or for pleasure. Don’t head for the obviously touristy places as you will definitely pay over the odds, find something more local and get traditional Catalan and Spanish food with good wine in a great environment for under €9 Euros. The outdoor markets are also a great place to not only get a feel for the culture but also to eat, La Boqueria is a favourite with some great places for lunch where you can even get a three-course meal for a really cheap price in a lively, busy environment.
