SAGRADA FAMILIA: How to avoid the queue to buy your ticket

The Sagrada Familia is Gaudis most famous building and certainly the most popular monument in Barcelona. The cathedral, which is still under construction and said to be finished in 2026, is defenitely a “must see” when visiting Barcelona. Like Critic Rainer Zerbst says “it is probably impossible to find a church building anything like it in the entire history of art” and the building is truely breathtaking.

Unfortunately the queue to visit the Sagrada Familia is long – and it can take up to 2 hours waiting time to enter.

So what to do, if you are visiting Barcelona just for a couple of days and every minute is precious?

Our recommendation: buy the ticket online at ServiCaixa (a bank offering ticket service as well), print the ticket at a “Caixa” ATM – and you will be entitled to a direct access to the Basilica through an exclusive entrance!

Do not queue and visit the Sagrada Familia hasslefree .. there are surely many other beautiful things you would like to enjoy during your stay!
